Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing VMIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for your digital and technology service needs. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any service from us.

1. Non-Refundable Fees

• All payments made to VMIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for services including but not limited to website development, software development, digital marketing, cloud services, IT consulting, and related technology solutions are generally non-refundable.
• Once a project has been initiated, resources allocated, or work has begun, payments made will not be eligible for refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Refund Exceptions

• Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
  1. If VMIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal technical or operational issues.
  2. If a service cannot be completed due to reasons directly caused by the Company.
  3. Any approved refund will be limited to the amount paid for the incomplete portion of the service and will not include indirect or consequential damages.

3. Third-Party Services

• Some services provided by VMIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, or external tools.
• Payments made to third-party providers are subject to their respective refund policies, and VMIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for disputes related to those services.

4. Service Cancellation by Client

• Clients may request cancellation of a service or project by contacting our support team or through official communication channels.
• If the project work has already started, cancellation will not entitle the client to a refund for the completed portion of the service.
• Any remaining work may be paused or terminated based on mutual agreement.

5. Service Termination by Company

• VMIT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:
  1. Non-payment of agreed fees
  2. Breach of contractual terms
  3. Misuse of services
  4. Violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Termination of services under such conditions will not entitle the client to any refund.
